Loon Lake
A posterized image of Loon Lake in Michigan is fractured to create a flag book. Text on the back sides of the flags describes a ritual boat outing in search of the loon while reflecting on the seemingly monotonous or repetitive nature of the relationship of the narrator and companion which can be paralleled to that of the loons.
